Moto Restaurant

The Moto is a restaurant located in the downtown of Chicago, with lead chef Homaro Cantu, its main focus is in molecular gastronomy.  “Molecular gastronomy is a sub discipline of food science that seeks to investigate, explain and make practical use of the physical and chemical transformations of ingredients that occur while cooking, as well as the social, artistic and technical components of culinary and gastronomic phenomena in general.”

With that in mind the types of dishes served here are pretty much a mind fuck and there take on classical dishes. You can either have the 15 course dinners were 5 are entrees, 5 are main courses and the last five are deserts. Each varying in the presentation in the dishes for example: there take on desert is a smore shaped like a bomb with chocolate cover, inside is a liquefied graham cracker served over fluff, which explodes in your mouth. A dish Cuban inspired that the food is in shape of a cigar and the ashes are the condiments served over an ash tray.

If you’re ready for a mind twisting meal and not afraid to pay at least 200 for the whole course of one plate then you should check it out, it’s an experience you should take.

The nook color is an electronic reader, meaning it’s just like the kindle but instead of being from Amazon, Barnes and Nobel decided to make one too. Its every readers dream to have one. With the nook you can purchase eBooks, magazines, newspapers, apps, etc. always updated with the latest issue of magazines and newspaper. There is  one downsize, if you don’t have an USA or Canada credit card its pretty much useless for you because it asks you for it, for any download even if its free.
